Champion Stats
Rule #1 of League of Legends: Don't Chase Singed. Low elo players ALWAYS chase Singed. They see a low HP poison man running away and their brains shut off—they MUST kill him. A smurf exploits this basic instinct by baiting enemies into long chases through the jungle, where they slowly die to poison while missing multiple waves of minions and XP. Meanwhile, your team gets to play a 4v3 or 4v4 because two enemies are so tilted trying to catch you that they forget objectives exist. The chaos you create is worth more than any traditional lane victory.
The Proxy Start
Start Q (Poison Trail). Before minions spawn, run between the enemy's Tier 1 and Tier 2 towers to intercept the first wave. Proxy farm all three caster minions and potentially the melee ones too. If the enemy top laner comes to stop you, either kill them (if they're low) or execute to the tower (dying to tower gives no kill gold). Either way, you've made them miss the entire first wave while you TP back to lane with 300-400 gold advantage. This is called 'super proxy' and it completely breaks the early game mental of enemy top laners.
Ranking Singed's Skins
'Beekeeper Singed' is hilarious and has great sounds. 'Surfer Singed' is a classic flex (holding a surfboard). 'Resistance Singed' is clean. 'Snow Day' snow effects are subtle.
'Beekeeper' for the 'bzzz' sounds. 'Surfer' for the classic beach-vibes. 'Resistance' for the modern VFX. 'Snow Day' for the subtle gas. Singed is for the players who love the 'toxic' life—embrace your style.
'Beekeeper' is S-tier annoying sounds. 'Surfer' is chill. 'Snow Day' is clean. Beekeeper tilts enemies with the buzzing. Use it.
When They Ban Singed
If Singed is gone, Sion is your best 'proxy' backup. If you want the 'run fast' feel, Lillia. But there's no true replacement for the gas-man. If you can't play Singed, you just have to play the game 'normally'—how boring.
Sion for proxy. Mundo for running. Lillia for speed. Sion is the only other true proxy farmer.
Singed's Keystone Choice
Conqueror (Fighting) or Phase Rush (Running). Nimbus Cloak and Celerity are mandatory. Secondary Resolve (Unflinching) or Inspiration (Futures Market/Time Warp Tonic).
Skill Max Order for Singed
Max Q for damage. Max E second for the % HP damage. W last. R whenever available.
Mastering Singed's Kit
Poison Trail. Toggles poison cloud behind you. Deals damage over time. Don't turn it off in fights!
Mega Adhesive. Throws glue that slows and grounds (no dash/flash). Flinging (E) into glue roots the target.
Fling. Throws enemy over your shoulder. Deals % Max HP damage. Use to peel or engage.
Insanity Potion. Grants AP, Armor, MR, Move Speed, HP Regen, Mana Regen. Lasts 25s. Pop it early!
The Singed Matchup Sheet
Impossible. She out-runs you with W and shreds you. Proxy only.
Hard. If he hooks you, you die. Fling him away immediately. Phase Rush is key.
Easy. Fling him when he uses Counterstrike. Run away. Poison kills him.
Running It Down (Strategically)
Stop mindlessly flinging people! Ideally, you want to Fling (E) enemies INTO your Mega Adhesive (W) to root them in place, not fling them away towards safety. The combo is: W (place glue) > run past them > E (fling them into the glue) > they're rooted while dying to poison. Just pressing E whenever you're near someone usually saves their life and wastes your cooldown. Also, don't proxy if you're feeding kills—proxying is about generating pressure and wasting enemy time, not about dying over and over. If you've died twice proxying, stop for 5 minutes, farm lanes normally, then reassess.
When They Melt Through You
Dodge Kayle or Vayne. They outscale you and can kill you while you run. Also Nasus—he withers you and stacks off you.
Vayne and Kayle are your nightmares. They'll kill you before you can even reach them with your gas. If you see them, dodge or pray for a miracle gank. Some fights aren't worth the poison. Be a smart chemist, not a dead one.
Dodge Vayne/Kayle. They chase you and kill you. Nasus Wither stops your run. Don't play Singed into slow-heavy teams.
Peeling vs Engaging
In teamfights, you are a disruptor. Ghost + R + Chemtank (if built) and run straight at their carry. Fling them back into your team. Spread poison everywhere. You are fast and tanky—make them focus you while they die to your trail.
Your E 'Fling' is the ultimate 'get off me' tool. Fling the diving assassin into your carry? No, Fling them AWAY. Or Fling them into your Poison Trail. You're a troll by design; act like it. Chase.
Ghost-R and fling the carry into your team. Spread poison. Run away. Repeat. You are a disruption engine.
The Proxy Singed Build
Full AP Singed. Liandry's -> Rylai's -> Demonic Embrace. You are squishy but your poison melts teams. If they ignore you, they die. If they chase you, they die faster.
Dying is okay if you take 3 waves with you. Pressure the map, draw the jungler to your lane, and then Ghost away. You're a master of annoyance. If the enemy team is chasing you, you've already won. Gas them out.
Liandry's -> Rylai's -> Swifties. Rylai's slow on poison is toxic. Liandry's burn is painful. You don't need to kill them, just annoy them.
When Singed Comes Online
Level 6. Insane regen and stats. Rylai's purchase is your biggest spike—perma slow is unbeatable.
Level 6 stats make you tanky. Rylai's makes you annoying. Liandry's makes you deadly. You peak mid-game. End before ADCs get full build.
Level 6 Stats. Rylai's purchase. Proxying 3 waves at once. You win by wasting their jungler's time.
The Poison Trail
Bind laugh to a key and spam it while running. Type 'Why are you running?' when you chase them. Proxying alone tilts them.
Don't chase. Make them chase you. Proxy waves to create pressure. If 3 people chase you, your team gets Dragon. You win by wasting their time.
Spam laugh (Ctrl+4). Bind it to move. Run past them. Proxy base. Execute to tower. Type '?' when 3 people chase you and fail.
