Our Service is intended to provide players with a clean foundation for competitive play. You acknowledge that:

All accounts remain the sole property of their respective developers (Riot Games, etc.).
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of the developer's intellectual property.
Our Service is an independent entity and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Riot Games or any other game developer.
Using our Service does not relieve you of your obligations under the respective game's End User License Agreement (EULA).

3. Purchases and Financial Terms

When making a Purchase, you may be required to supply billing information, including credit card details and billing addresses. You represent that:

5. Lifetime Warranty Policy

AussyELO offers a "Lifetime Warranty" on qualifying accounts to protect our customers against issues originating from the account creation process. A one-time replacement will be issued if:

The ban is explicitly for "Purchase of an Account" or "Botting/3rd Party Leveling" resulting from activities conducted prior to your purchase date.
You provide working credentials and proof of the ban within 30 days of the incident.
The account has remained in its original region.

6. Strict Behavioral Exclusions (Warranty Void)

The Lifetime Warranty is strictly limited to the integrity of our leveling process. The warranty is immediately void, and no replacement will be provided, if the account is banned for reasons within your control, including but not limited to:

Cheating & Scripting: Use of any unauthorized 3rd party software, exploits, or scripts.
Negative Behavior: Toxicity, verbal abuse, intentional feeding, trolling, or griefing.
Account Sharing: Sharing credentials or failing to secure the account post-delivery.
Chargebacks: Any attempt to reverse a payment will result in an immediate permanent ban from our Service and the termination of all existing warranties.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law (including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)), AussyELO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data, revenue, or access to Riot Games services) arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific product in question.

8. Intellectual Property

All League of Legends-related content, including character names, logos, and game assets, are the property of Riot Games. All original content, branding, and code on the AussyELO website are the property of AussyELO.

9. Partner & Referral Program

Participants in the AussyELO Partner/Referral program agree to promote our Services in a professional manner. We reserve the right to terminate any partner relationship immediately if the partner engages in deceptive marketing, spam, or activities that damage the AussyELO brand. Referral rewards are subject to verification and may be withheld if fraud is suspected.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service following any updates constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.
