Account delivery and refunds
Gaming accounts are digital products delivered immediately. Once working credentials have been delivered or revealed, we do not provide change-of-mind refunds.
If the credentials do not work, the account is the wrong region or type, or it materially differs from the product you ordered, contact us before changing any account details. We will investigate and provide a fix, replacement, or refund where appropriate.
Nothing in this policy excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer law.
Secure the account after checking it
First, sign in and confirm the account works and matches your order. Then complete all of the following before you begin playing:
- 1Change the account password
Replace the supplied password with a unique password only you know.
- 2Verify or change the linked email
Add, verify, or replace the account email with an address only you control. If email login details were supplied, change that email password too.
- 3Enable two-factor authentication
Turn on 2FA wherever the game or email provider makes it available.
Warranty warning: If you do not change the supplied account password or do not verify or change the linked email after checking the account, the account warranty is void.
What the account warranty covers
Qualifying account purchases include a one-time replacement for verified problems caused before delivery, including an eligible ban for account purchase or third-party leveling activity that occurred before your purchase.
- The claim must relate to the account supplied for your order.
- You must provide the order details and requested evidence.
- The account must remain in its original region.
- The security requirement above must have been completed after delivery.
What voids the warranty
The warranty does not cover loss of access, restrictions, or bans caused by actions after delivery. This includes:
- Leaving the supplied password unchanged or failing to verify or change the account email.
- Sharing, selling, or transferring the account or its credentials.
- Cheating, scripting, boosting, exploits, or unauthorized third-party software.
- Toxicity, intentional feeding, griefing, or other disciplinary action.
- Moving the account to another region or making unsupported ownership changes.
- Chargebacks, payment reversals, or fraudulent claims.
Contact us before changing the details.
Include your order ID and a short description of the problem so we can resolve it quickly.
