Patch Preview
Full changelist with specific numbers
The full changelist for Patch 26.5 just dropped. Riot's hitting 11 champions this cycle and we've got every number.
These are the confirmed values from the full preview. Some things can still get pulled before it ships, but the numbers below are what's going to PBE.
Champion Buffs

Champion Nerfs
"Ori, Azir, Neeko, Lethality Varus are some of the strongest outliers in Pro Play currently, and so we're tapping them down"

System Changes
Hubris
"Hubris is looking just generally underpowered It doesn't really have an audience and also doesn't exhibit the same properties that other snowball items like Mejais have (higher winrates because being purchased when snowballing)"
Locket of the Iron Solari
"Bandlepipes is looking pretty strong, especially on second item. Locket is one of its primary competitors so we're giving it a buff on second item by flatting some of the shield value"
How This Plays Out
These are the full confirmed numbers. Riot can still pull changes before the patch ships, but what you see above is what's hitting PBE.
Once 26.5 goes live, check our tier list — it refreshes with live winrate, pickrate, and banrate data every patch so you can see exactly who's up and who's down.
