Patch 26.19 is live. Riot is starting to shape the Worlds champion pool, but there is plenty here for your solo queue games too. Top gets more Teleport access, Nasus loses early Q damage, and several champions who were just outside the meta get a push. The 26.19 tier list is updated with Emerald+ match data. This article covers the changes Riot shipped, not guesses from the preview.

Patch 26.19 at a glance

  • Top Teleport is up more often. The free Teleport from the top role quest goes from a 420-second cooldown to 390 seconds. Its upgraded version drops from 330-240 to 300-210 seconds. Other roles' Unleashed Teleport is unchanged.
  • Nasus and Nocturne lose breathing room. Nasus Q loses 10 base damage at every rank; Nocturne R is on a longer cooldown.
  • Bot gets a push. Aphelios receives buffs across all five weapons, Draven gains two base AD, and Lucian trades weaker Vigilance damage for a stronger Q.
  • Support starters trade health for regeneration. World Atlas and Runic Compass now offer less flat health early and more health regeneration.
  • Team Voice is delayed. Riot has postponed the planned North America and Oceania rollout and has not named a new patch.

Riot's official Patch 26.19 notes have the full ability tables, mode changes and bug fixes.

Patch 26.19 tier list: what to watch

The live tier list uses Emerald+ results by role, with a minimum pick rate and game count. It is early in the patch, so treat a tiny tier move as a prompt to check the sample, not proof that a champion is suddenly broken. The most useful read is whether the changed champion still wins in their usual role after the balance hit.

The first 26.19 scrape has Nasus top at 52.75% win rate and S tier, despite the Q nerf. Aatrox top is B at 51.28%, and Fiora top is B at 51.78%. In jungle, Master Yi is S at 52.76% and Lillia is A at 52.68%, while Nocturne is B at 50.35% after his longer R cooldown. Those are early results, not a guarantee that the order will hold for the full patch.

Bot has its own reality check: Aphelios is B at 50.86% and Draven is B at 49.68% in this sample. Multiple buffs do not automatically put a champion in S. Yunara is S at 52.21%, so if you only care about today's results, the safer climb pick is not one of the newly buffed marksmen.

If you play top, watch Nasus and Aatrox first. Nasus loses damage on the spell he wants to last-hit with, while Aatrox gets earlier W recasts and more E healing from bonus health. The Teleport buff benefits the entire role, including picks Riot did not touch. In jungle, Nocturne has fewer early ult windows and Vi has a weaker first clear and shield. Neither loses the reason you picked them, but sloppy pathing gets punished harder.

You can also check your own account on the MMR checker before blaming a new patch for every rough lobby.

Patch 26.19 champion buffs

Aatrox, Fiora and the top lane

Aatrox gets a shorter W cooldown early, from 20/18/16/14/12 to 18/16.5/15/13.5/12 seconds. His E healing ratio per 100 bonus health rises from 1.1% to 1.3%. This is a sustain and trading buff, especially before W is maxed.

Fiora gains health growth, 99 to 105. Her R healing area expands from 550 to 600, and its healing per tick and maximum healing both rise. That rewards completing the full Grand Challenge in a messy fight; it does not give her a faster way to land the vitals.

Bot lane buffs

Aphelios receives a broad weapon pass. Calibrum Moonshot gains 10 base damage, Severum's top-end healing rises, Gravitum's slow decays less, Infernum's Duskwave cooldown falls by one second at every rank, and Crescendum's mini-chakrams start at 16% AD instead of 15%. The changes are spread across his kit, so look for steadier fights rather than one new burst combo.

Draven goes from 62 to 64 base attack damage. That is a plain early lane buff. You feel it on every axe and every last hit, even before you cash out Adoration.

Jungle and mid buffs

Elise gets two more passive on-hit magic damage at each rank and ten percentage points of bonus attack speed on W. That should help both her first clear and her early skirmishes.

Kha'Zix gains five passive damage, a longer evolved W slow (2 to 2.25 seconds), and 100 more evolved E range. This is mostly about his evolved options, not a giant first-clear buff.

Lillia gains two base armor and half a second on her R sleep, from 2 to 2.5 seconds. The extra sleep is the real teamfight change: your allies get a little more time to set up before the wake-up damage.

Aurora gains 10 E base damage at every rank and more early R rift duration. Volibear gains more AP scaling on passive attack speed and a new 20% bonus AD ratio on his passive lightning. Master Yi gets a full one-second Q cooldown refund on hit instead of a refund reduced by Ability Haste; Riot says the Summoner's Rift effect should be small.

Patch 26.19 champion nerfs and mixed changes

Nasus Q bonus damage falls from 40/60/80/100/120 to 30/50/70/90/110. That is ten less damage at every rank on his main stacking tool. It will not delete his late game, but it makes the first waves less forgiving.

Nocturne R cooldown goes from 140/115/90 to 160/130/100 seconds. Those missing ult windows matter when your team expects you to show up for every objective. Poppy loses some Q damage against minions and monsters through a lower maximum-health cap, from 85/120/155/190/225 to 70/105/140/175/210. Vi drops from 63 to 61 starting AD, gains slightly more AD per level, and her passive shield falls from 12% to 10% of maximum health. Vi's lane ganks still have the same buttons; her early fights are less safe.

Three champions get trades rather than clean buffs or nerfs. Lucian loses Vigilance on-hit damage, from 15 plus 20% AD to 5 plus 15% AD, but his Q base damage rises from 80/115/150/185/220 to 90/130/170/210/250. Bot Lucian cares about how much value his support creates through Vigilance; mid Lucian gets more self-sufficient wave damage. Rumble loses overheat attack speed, 50-130% to 30-100%, while his monster damage cap rises. Ryze gains armor growth but loses E mana efficiency and some Q flux bonus damage. Check the matchup before treating any of these as a blanket upgrade.

Teleport, support items and other 26.19 changes

Top lane's free role-quest Teleport now cools down in 390 seconds instead of 420. Upgraded Unleashed Teleport from that quest goes to 300-210 seconds from 330-240. The non-top version does not change. The practical payoff is another chance to answer a side lane or rejoin a fight after you split. It is not a buff to every Teleport user.

World Atlas and Runic Compass lose early flat health: their three listed health values go from 30/100/200 to 0/60/200. Regeneration rises from 25/50/75% to 50/75/75%. A tank support who stays in lane can recover more between trades, but has less immediate health for a single all-in.

League Classic adds Fizz, pre-rework Graves, Nami and Nautilus, plus returning items from its Council vote. These Classic changes are separate from the Summoner's Rift tier list. Arena gets new augments. Coven Janna, Coven Mel, Old God Anivia and Old God Urgot arrived September 23.

Riot also postponed Team Voice, which had been planned for North America and Oceania in 26.20. There is no replacement date yet. Do not expect it just because the next patch arrives.
