League of Legends Patch 26.14
Locke gets his first nerf, bot lane's two biggest outliers are pulled back, and Nami finally gets some help.
Patch 26.14 is live, and it is a focused solo queue cleanup rather than a full meta reset. Riot hit ten champions on Summoner's Rift, adjusted three items, improved blue buff scaling, and shipped the T1 2025 Worlds winner skins.
The short version: Nami and Mordekaiser are the most meaningful winners, while Garen, Senna bot and Seraphine bot should lose the most immediate power. Locke is still playable, but his lane pressure and grey-health safety are less forgiving.

Nerfs
Garen, Jayce, Locke, Senna and Seraphine.
Items and systems
Immortal Path and Protoplasm Harness nerfed. Rocketbelt trades damage for health. Blue buff gains scaling haste.
Ranked deadline
Season 2 ends at 23:59 local server time on July 28. Season 3 starts July 29.
Champion Buffs
Soldier attacks now apply full damage from Scorch, Liandry's, Blackfire Torch and Hextech Alternator instead of half. Conqueror gains two stacks per soldier hit, Press the Attack applies to the primary target, and Emperor's Divide can knock back jungle monsters. This is mostly a bug and interaction cleanup, but it is a real damage increase for common builds.
Attack damage growth rises from 2 to 2.5. Critical strikes can now cut up to six seconds from Missile Barrage's remaining recharge time, up from four. The buff is aimed at bot-lane Corki and makes his late-game auto-to-missile loop smoother.
Death's Grasp gains 20 base damage at max rank and its AP ratio rises from 40% to 45%. Realm of Death steals 13% of the target's core stats instead of 10%. That is a substantial dueling buff once he reaches level six.
Tidecaller's Blessing damage now scales from 20 to 80 per hit instead of 20 to 60. At three empowered hits, rank-five E gains 60 base damage. Nami should feel noticeably better in aggressive lanes and with auto-heavy carries.
Attack damage growth increases from 2.5 to 3. The extra 8.5 AD by level 18 is deliberately modest, but it improves her late-game scaling without making her lane oppressive.
Champion Nerfs
Demacian Justice base true damage drops from 150/250/350 to 125/200/275. The missing-health ratio is unchanged, so correct execute timing still matters, but low-health targets have a little more room to survive.
Hextech Capacitor grants 30 move speed instead of 40. Mercury Hammer's flat armor and magic resistance falls at levels 6, 11 and 16, while the bonus-AD ratio stays intact. High-elo Jayce loses safety and chase power without losing his signature burst.
Ritual Nails can be held for four seconds instead of five, with lower nail and mark base damage. Soul Ignition's grey-health cap falls by up to 40 at max rank. Opponents get a clearer window to disengage, and Locke has less protection when he forces a trade.
Absolution's critical-strike damage modifier falls from 85% to 80%. Piercing Darkness loses AP scaling on both its slow and heal. The changes hit farming bot Senna and AP-heavy builds harder than traditional support Senna.
High Note's AP ratio drops from 50% to 40%. Bot-lane Seraphine loses a clean chunk of waveclear and execute damage, while low-economy support builds are affected less.
Item and System Changes
- Immortal Path: damage above half health falls from 5% to 4%, and its low-health sustain bonus falls from 15% to 12%.
- Protoplasm Harness: costs 100 more gold and has weaker early health and healing values. Its later scaling is unchanged.
- Hextech Rocketbelt: loses 10 AP, gains 50 health, has a smoother health-heavy build path, and its active cooldown rises from 40 to 50 seconds. This is an adjustment that favors engage users over burst mages.
- Blue buff: ability haste now scales from 10 to 15 at level 6 and 20 at level 11.
Ranked Season 2 End Date
