Welcome to Top Lane, the only role in League of Legends that is truly a 1v1 fighting game. In low elo, your jungler will convert oxygen into carbon dioxide and accomplish nothing else. You cannot rely on them. You are alone.
To smurf in Top Lane, you need champions that break the game. We aren't picking Ornn to engage teamfights. We are picking champions that can kill their laner at Level 2, dive them at Level 6, and then 1v2 the enemy jungle and top laner for the rest of the game. This tier list is about pure, unadulterated dominance.

Why She Is God Tier
Riven is the ultimate high-elo gatekeeper. In Diamond+, she is balanced. In Silver, she is an atomic bomb. Her kit has 4 dashes, 2 hard CCs, and a shield that scales with Attack Damage. If you master her animation cancels (Fast Q), you output damage faster than any other champion in the game at Level 3.
Smurfing with Riven isn't just about killing your laner; it's about making them quit. Once you get a 2-kill lead, you can proxy farm (farm behind their tower), kill their jungler when they try to stop you, and essentially play a 1v2 lane while your team takes dragon.
⚔️ The "Level 1 Bush" Cheese
Walk into the top lane bush closest to their tower before minions spawn. Wait. When they walk up to the first wave, Q1 -> AA -> Q2 -> AA -> Q3 -> AA. You will chunk them to 30% HP before the lane even starts. They are now zoned from XP, and the lane is over.
The Build
Rush Eclipse or Ravenous Hydra. You want raw AD and Ability Haste. The faster your spells come up, the more mobile and unkillable you are.

Why She Is God Tier
Fiora doesn't care if you are a tank, a carry, or a tower. She melts everything with % Max HP True Damage. Low elo players do not understand how to protect their "Vitals." They will let you poke them for free until they are in lethal range.
Her W (Riposte) is the most broken defensive spell in the game. It blocks ALL damage and CC. If a Malphite ults you, you press W and stun him instead. This ability alone lets you outplay 1v2 ganks with ease.
🩸 The Tower Dive Formula
Push the wave under their tower. If they are at 60% HP, ult them. Hit the front vital, Q to the side vital, E the back vital. Use W to block their CC (like Shen taunt). You will kill them and walk out with full HP from your ult heal zone. It is undefendable.
Camille
The Steel Shadow
True Damage 9/10
Lockdown 10/10
Why She Is God Tier
Camille is precision incarnate. Her Q2 (Precision Protocol) converts 100% of the damage into True Damage. This means you chop tanks in half like butter. But her real strength is her E (Hookshot). You can engage from a screen away. No ADC is safe.
Low elo ADCs love to side lane alone. You see them, you press E on a wall, dive across the screen, press R (The Hextech Ultimatum) to trap them in a box, and one-shot them with Q2. They cannot flash out. They cannot escape. They just die.
🕸️ The Roaming Trap
After pushing your wave, walk towards Mid. Use E over the Raptor wall to flank the enemy Mid laner. Ult them immediately. Your Mid laner will follow up, you get a free kill, and you tilt their Mid laner. Repeat this every time your ult is up.
A-Tier: The Lane Bullies
Darius
The Dunkmaster
The king of low elo. If they walk into you, they die. Ghost + Flash ensures nobody escapes. Once you get 5 stacks of Hemorrhage, you can 1v5 pentakill with your resetting Ult.

Renekton owns the early game. Dash in, stun them, Q, dash out. You take 0 damage, they take 40%. At Level 6, you can 1v2 their jungler with your stored Fury.

Jayce
The Range Abuser
Requires good hands, but oppressive. Poke them down with ranged form, then switch to Hammer form to execute. If you are mechanically gifted, Jayce is S-Tier.

Tryndamere
The RNG King
Build Fury, spin on them, hope for crits. If you crit twice, you win lane. Press R to not die. Split push top until you take the inhibitor. Brain-dead simple but effective.

Jax
The Late Game Monster
Weak early, unstoppable late. Counterstrike (E) blocks all auto-attacks. Get Trinity Force and just right-click peope. If the game goes past 30 minutes, you auto-win.

Sett
The Boss
Great for punching tanks. His W deals massive True Damage. Use your Ult to slam their tank into their ADC for huge AoE damage. Simple and satisfying.

The Smurf Top Lane Manifesto
Rule #1: Be Selfish
Do not TP bot to "help." TP back to your lane to catch the wave. If you TP bot and get nothing, you lose 2 plates and 3 waves Top. You are now behind. Stay Top. Destroy your tower. Take the gold. Carry yourself.
Rule #2: Pressure > Kills
If you are 3/0, don't just kill your laner again. Go into the enemy jungle. Take their Krugs. Take their Red Buff. Ward their bush. Make the enemy Jungler afraid to come Top side. You win by strangling their resources.
Rule #3: 1v2 is the Goal
If the enemy Jungler comes Top, that is GOOD. It means they aren't Bot. If you play Riven or Fiora correctly, a gank is just "Uber Eats delivery." Kill them both. Double buff transfer. Game over.
