What rank is this tier list for?

This tier list is based on Platinum+ ranked data, making it relevant for most players trying to climb. Iron-Gold players may find different champions effective due to lower coordination.

Should I only play S-tier champions?

No. Playing a champion you are comfortable with is more important than tier placement. A mastered B-tier champion will outperform a first-time S-tier pick in most games.
